This policy explains how FoxFire Studios, LLC ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile games (currently Thornestone^™ and FoxEmber^™) and on foxfirestudios.org.

Information our games collect.

Our games are designed to work without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location or photos inside our games. Game progress and settings are stored on your device.

Information collected automatically.

Our games do not currently include third-party analytics or tracking software, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before the change ships. If Apple provides us with crash reports or aggregated statistics that you have agreed to share with app developers, we use them only to fix problems and improve our games.

Purchases.

If a game offers anything for sale, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment card details.

When you email us.

If you contact [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.

Launch notifications.

If you sign up to be told when a game is released, we use your email address only for that, through our email provider, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

This website.

foxfirestudios.org does not use tracking cookies. Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Children.

Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices.

We keep support emails only as long as we need them to help you. You can ask us to access or delete information you've sent us by emailing [email protected].

Changes.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
